Pathetic service

How long does it take to get pre auth?? I've been phoning in since the 4th of May, my procedure is scheduled for tomorrow and yet no one is competent enough to do their damn job!!

I've been on call for 132 minutes from the 4th up until now, this is excluding the current call that has been 17mins so far.

My procedure is scheduled for tomorrow, please can you do your job and assist?
