Pathetic service

Discovery one of the worst paying medical aids. They are very quick to take your monthly premium but will not pay for treatments. I am 34weeks pregnant and asked for authorization at Westville Hospital which i dont mind doing a co payment and my doctor explaing to them that i am high risk and need to be at the hospital that she practises from only. Turning a deaf ear to everything they declined my authorization. I then asked if i were to pay for the hospital would they pay my gyane and anaesthetist that aswell they declined.

Discovery are very quick to take your money but wont help you in return, you are just 'A MEMBER' who they dnt give a damn about. Alot of Doctors aswell have told us that they will not be accepting Discovery as they are very bad. Really disappointing
