Pathetic service

Discovery health call center has a pathetic service, I have been calling since yesterday and after 5-7minutes your consultants pick up then hang up. I join in Feb 2021, I selected a GP everytime I go to that GP they pay him from "out of network" funds get this fixed cause I have to see a Doctor. I also sent you guys an email and theres no reply. You never miss my debit order payment but you can't resolve my query 1st point of contact.
