Pathetic service

I can't believe how Discovery's standard has dropped. I requested for a SARS letter 2 weeks back. I was promised I would get it in 3 days. Till today I have not received that letter. I have subsequently made 2 follow up calls. I get promised it will be sent, and nothing. A petty one pager later. This is so annoying. Poor, pathetic service!!!
