Pathetic service

I am so sick and tired of this pathetic company, I have been with discovery for more than 10 years but for the last 4 months being on a smart plan I should only be liable for the co payment but a "glitch " has caused me to pay more than 5k of my own pocket as the dr needs to be paid but the medical aid is not paying the rest as per the plan. I am gonna cancel next week I have made more than 50 calls and ***, management and cant fix the problem. Absolutely useless company
