Pathetic service

I'm sick and tired of dealing with Duscovery with all their we care about your health BS. Their claim process is pathetic to say the least. You submit a claim for refund, and they don't pay for some reason but they will not call you to tell you that there is a problem. Instead, you hear about it days later when you enquire. What kind of service excellence is that?
