PATHETIC SERVICE

On Saturday i rushed my daughter to our GP. only to discover that she no longer uses Discovery medical aid as they have so much hidden agendas. Which meant I needed to pay cash of R829. So as pathetic as Discovery is, they only going to pay me back R645. I don't pay them cheap money monthly I pay what most people pay for their bonds. So the claim was submitted by my GP and news to my ears, I received no notification that my claim was paid. Not only was it paid, but they paid it into a bank account that has been closed since 2006. Concern's, YES who pays monies into an account without confirming with the client if that is the correct details???? What type of business does these people run? NOW TODAY I must beg for my money back. REALLY DISCOVERY THIS IS ALL MONEY I HAVE AND YET YOU EXPECTING ME TO WAIT DAYS. <br>
