pathetic service

Good day, <br> <br> since my wife and I have joined discovery health last year, and vitality, we are yet still waiting on our cards, the worst problem with vitality is iv been paying all these months for it but dont have cards to swipe and reap the benefits so iv just ****ed money to discovery. Second problem is that for months I have been calling discovery constantly and requesting our medical aid cards but im always met with the same dumb answer, oh siryou can download the app and get your cards on there while you wait. Now please explain to me how in the hell if myself or my wife get into an accident or a situation are medics gonna know if we even have a medical aid. So we will probably end up at some government hospital. I travel every week for business, and I know the first thing medics do is check a victims wallet for ID or medical cards. Thus they will know to take me to a private hospital. Now iv made one last attempt to contact discovery 3 weeks ago and was told that my cards would be couriered to my wifes work 4 days later, yet still no cards, if discovery cant keep on there promises or even deliver simple things like cards then im sorry, what kind of pathetic service will we get
