Try to upgrade but the cut off date was already in December 2015. I have not received any reminder or correspondence in this regard. THEY BEG YOU TO CANCEL. ALL NEW CLIENTS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS.

Please allow me to provide some context to our reasoning to decline your request to upgrade your plan. Discovery Health medical Scheme (DHMS) places certain restrictions on plan changes during the year. Members may only move to defined plans during the year, however, they are permitted to move to any plan type effective 1 January each year. This is done during our year-end revision period where we allow members sufficient time to review their plan benefits should they wish to change for the upcoming year.
