pathetic service
I am very displeased with Discovery medical aid. I asked Discovery to advise me on a Dr. (Surgeon) regarding a hernia problems they advised this Dr. at Wilgers in Pretoria. now that the Dr. wants to operate and repair the Hernia Wilgers Hospital is not on the panel witch is a life hospital they only can operate me at Little company of Mary and my Dr. does not Operate there special arrangements must now be made and now I must wait 2 weeks before (tentative) could change. I am losing business and functions that was arranged because my Dr. has to operate me in another Hospital and they use there Dr. first before they use outside Dr. <br> <br> I am not happy with this at all and for my Dr.to operate me at Wilgers I must pay R6000.00 but Discovery referred me to Dr. at Wilgers. no I must sit with the issues and problems.
