Pathetic service

This is for discovery vitality: These guys are really pathetic. Every month I have to call about food/gear payouts. Every month there is an issue. Since I changed my banking details they cant even pay out to the right bank account. They can sure as hell debit the correct account but paying out to the correct account is beyond them for some reason. Every time they log a ticket and every time it gets escalated yet it remains unresolved. I have never in my life had to call a service provider so many times.
