Pathetic Service

Never in my life have I experienced such incompetence. We have been trying for over a month to add employees to an employer group and everything there is an excuse or document outstanding! We have received so many reference numbers for all the calls, and still this is not sorted out. Seems Discovery Health does not want new business and we should rather move our employer to another health scheme.
