Pathetic Service

The service I received is pathetic!!! I am pregnant and have been trying to register my pregnancy on the website for almost 2 months now... i keeps showing technical error. When I phoned the call centre for assistance they advised me that there is currently a technical issue to register that i being fixed, and that they will register it manually, and come back to me. ( refering me from one person to te next). They finally phoned me back just to confirm my email and then I never heard from them again. Needless to say - i am still not registerd, the website is still not working, and even sending a query via the website “is not working currently”

This is not what you would expect from a decent health care service!!!!
