Pathetic service
I have recieved the most pathetic service from Discovery Health, I am still waiting for a Authorisation number after 2 weeks which should only take 2 to 3 working days.... This is so unproffesional.!!! No follow ups done to make sure the correct information and paperwork was received,I had to waste my time and money and still have no answer. Just great sitting in constant pain because I cant see a specialist due to I have to wait a life time for a Auth . Pathetic
