Pathetic service -

I Contacted Discovery Health via email on 30th May to request an explanation why I need to pay an additional R500 on x rays as my chronic benefits covers x rays. I don't know if the incorrect codes were used of what the heck is going on. I cannot under stand as I am registered on chronic and basically I always claim for the the problem. My reference no is ********** 261. I, now is handed over for this account not paid. Why does it not come from my specialist benefit. Who has money to throw around!??? I am ill not rich. Please. I need someone to contact me asap because this is pathetic service. And by the way. This is not the first time. I mailed in the past as was ignored. I can't call during the day and after work is too late.
