Pathetic service

For such an "elite" and expensive health insurance, Discovery health has pathetic service!!! After submitting a claim, waiting a week and a half, escalating the claim and a week and a half later still no response!!! Not to talk about the percentage refundable to the claims! Then we go for expensive prenatal tests and it gets taken from day to day savings account??? As if this is a day to day occurrence! Time to start looking after you clients and not your buildings and pockets Discovery South Africa
