Pathetic Service

I published a complaint about discovery on Friday as no manager had made contact with me as promised. To date i am still waiting for a call from the manager, yesterday they rep**** to the complaint stating that they are looking into it and will get back to me. Again still waiting. Service in South Africa sucks!!!
