Pathetic Service

I have a big problem with their accounts department as they take off debit orders even after i made a payment on the 25th of each month they still take a debit on the 30th. Who is going to pay my bank charges each month? Clearly they are not doing their job as if they did i specifically told them that i would be making the payments. Then the other thing is the idiots don't even phone you and ask you listen we see the debit order is coming back we see you make the payment every month on the 25th can we change the debit order to the 25th no they just ***** your money *********** people working for Discovery YOUR SERVICE SUCK I AM FED UP!
