Pathetic service

Discovery, I am so disappointed in everything you do, the next available chance I am definitely changing medical aids! The lady at Ahmed Kathrada, her name is Lina, she is the most unhelpful person ever. Every single time we have been here she has been unhelpful, I need to call Discovery myself to get the help I need. This is very frustrating with no end in sight
