Pathetic service

<p>I tried cancelling my plan for months, eventually Discovery woke up and cancelled it. Then they said I owe them all that installments. After a lot of complaints they cancelled that as they realised I cancelled allready months before. Then they said I still owe them. So i said I will pay it off monthly. The bank details they gave me doesnt load on my internet banking so IO pay it into the one they gave me at first. Even though Im paying they then gave my name to SSDA a debt collection company. Offcourse even if i contact them, the phone just rings or they dont reply on email. Even if they do, they dont take any notice, make promises but then say I dont pay even though im paying. DISGUSTING SERVICE. </p>
