Pathetic service

I've app**** to add dependents on my medical aid in February 2016. I received an email with underwriting requirements which i sent through. height and weight of one of the dependents they approved the application with a 50% and 75% LJP. I contacted them and send through proof of membership for previous medical aids. they then asked me for a motivation on why one of my dependents need a prosthetic leg. i gave them confirmation from the doctor. i contacted again today and the consultant told me that the they did not receive the do***ents and the offer is still with the 50% and 75% LJP. i have been with Discovery for so long and this is the service that I get. the cover was supposed to start the 1st of Feb. Now it has been changed to the 1st of May. Discovery now needed a new form because the application is older than 90 days. this i sent through as well. My parents are not covered from the 1st of May on any medical aid and it doesnt look like i will be able to add them by the service that I'm getting from Discovery. 5 months along the line and still no cover!
