Pathetic & Rude service from Discovery Customer service

Pathetic service from the Discovery Vitality support team. Spent 15 minutes on hold for a simple issue, I want them to change back my Primary Vitality Health shop to checkers. The agent then just transferred me to someone else after making me wait for over 10 minutes. The next agent gets upset at me for saying the person who transferred me to you should have explained the issue so I don't repeat myself, then just dropped the call. 30 minutes of my life wasted over something I should be able to do online
