Pathetic Response

Discovery is such a well recognized medical aid in South but what **** n poor service! We have been trying the entire month to get important and urgent medication approved by them, response from Discovery is pathetic, we only receive reference numbers and working days that they will respond in, they take 3 days to receive a mail n then another 3 days to flippen approve the medication, this is ********. The medication we need is for a patient with Pulmonary Hypertension, something which i think Discovery needs to google to see how severe the condition is. My mom has no medication currently cause of the lack of service provided by Discovery, God forbid if something has to happen to her, we will HOLD Discovery accountable. We have had it with this medical aid and maybe we should consider looking at another medical aid which provides us with the service we need especially for a patient with such high medical needs. Its off no use advertising and selling your brand if you cannot provide the service that we require, we are paying a lot of money on a monthly basis to get excellent service not reference numbers and excuses
