Pathetic rates

<p>I have just been reimbursedf or a gynae consult at a rate lower than what they pay for my GP. I am well aware that this gynae is not contracted with the Scheme. I do, however need an explanation on why a consult with a gynae, a registered specialist, is R377.20. I have just spoken to Sedima at the call centre and he could not given a satisfactory explanation. This relates to my claim for 13/06/2017. For the amount I am paying my premiums I expect a better service and a thorough explanation.</p>
