Pathetic medical aid scheme

Today 15 June 2024, my 7 year old son is sick his selected GP is unavailable, the options made available. Discovery made available an option for a clinic visit but all these services are not available then I'm told to take my son to the casualty ward but at the same time I'm told you will be liable for a co payment and any medication not on the formulary will be for your own account. I'm sorry to say we pay insane amounts to the medical aid schemes for such poor service. In the end we end up paying for medical aid and we being told where we can and can't go and pay additional fees on top of what we paying. This is pathetic. Discovery is a *******.
