PATHETIC *** SERVICE

I learned that the doctor I have always had as a primary doctor was not my doctor for the past 2 years WOW!!! and when do I learn about this??? Just yesterday as I desperately needed to see a doctor that was around my work area. I was embarrassed, humiliated to learn that my out of network benefits was used by my Primary Doctor( how hilarious).i Called spoke to levern ( not sure ) yesterday around 2 to confirm which doctor I can go to, funny how this guy agreed with me when I said I will be using my out of network benefits, he basically confirmed.TO MY SUPRISE AS I GET TO THE DOCTOR, THERE BENEFIT WAS USED. CALLED AGAIN SPOKE TO REVONA AND THEN AGAIN TODAY WITH CANDICE NO ONE SEEM TO KNOW WHO REMOVED THIS DOCTOR OFF MY LIST AND WHO AUTHORISED THAT STUPID MOVE,SAD PART IS I HAD TO COME BACK WITHOUT SEEING THE DOCTOR UNDER THE PAIN I WAS IN, DISCOVERY IS **** MONEY MAKING SCHEME, FOR 5 YEARS THAT I HAVE been LOYAL THIS IS HOW THEY THANK ME, WITH A PLATE FULL OF ****.
