Pathetic insulting service

Discovery snd me emails that treat me like a con******* idiot. I sent them two detailed invoices from Ampath that contain every detail they seem to insist need to be present. So the information is there so what do they want? This has gone on for several weeks and Discovery’s cryptic disrespectful rude emails that don’t tell me exactly what submission is wrong, from which doctor, and exactly what information is wrong means I’m going round in circles between Ampath and Discovery.

The two organisations between them seem completely incapable of assisting a customer/ patient without it ending up being weeks of going round in circles just to end up back where I started.

Thanks for nothing - and on my birthday too which makes it doubly special
