Pathetic Indifferent Health Providers

Even after providing medical reasons (reports, MRT scans) from several specialists Discovery found reasons to not pre-authorize my surgery. One can have medical aid for 4 years and never claim however when needed most the medical aid does not fall through. PATHETIC.
