Pathetic help from medical cover40

I don't even want to put a star on

I am sick and tired been trying now for the 3rd month to get onto my spouse's medical aid and they keep on giving me grief about my back problems as they do not understand the fact that I was almost 3 years ago only the last time for a mri and x rays regarding my back and now they cannot decide that they want to put me up or not... This after actually being truthful about my back and now this it is pathetic if I knew ut was going to be like this I wouldn't have chosen them.. And the longer they take with my stuff my little baby girl isn't covered at all aswell in very ****ed of to say the least!!!!
