Pathetic Essenstial Smart Plan

I would just like to complain about the HORRIBLE and PATHETIC health plan known as the ESSENTIAL SMART PLAN.

I have been to a dentist for a check up and the dentist rather let me pay in cash. Then, I also tried to claim for BASIC Sinus medication and once again the plan would not cover this.

I feel that this plan is robbing me of my money and really a waste of funds as it serves no benefit to me and my health needs.

After having two claims rejected for a basic medical service, I wished to change my plan back to the Classic Delta Saver and Discovery refused. This means that I am now trapped in this plan till the end of 2018. I am paying a premium for a plan that I cannot even buy pills for basic sinus pain!

Really pathetic and day light *******.
