So after complaining here and getting a call from escalations team to hear the same old words: we apologise, this is not the service we want to give, blah blah blah.

I STILL HAVE NOT HAD FEEDBACK FEOM MY QUERY ALMOST ALMOST A MONTH BACK!!!

What the HELL!!!!!!!! DOES IT TAKE TO GET DISCOVERY TO JUST GIVE SERVICE?????????
