Pathetic!!

Do not sign up with this pathetic medical aid, we have a key care plan and the reason we took our medical aid is due to health reasons, my mum is in lots of pain, so make sure they tell u before signing up that they won't cover any shoulder operations even tho they charge so much every month we have to pay, now where are we going to get 50k for the operation in cash, freaken pathetic service, even tho we send them the motivation letter from the doctor and everything, they still declined, really really pathetic. Dont use them, u will regret it...!
