Pathetic discovery medical aid

Please guys if you are ever looking for medical aid don't ever go to discovery health and you will thank me in the long run. They are absolutely useless to say the least a bunch of rogues that's tries to find fault to save themselves from paying out I was with discovery from November last year it took them more than 3 months to actually send my card for starters and this was only after I made 3 or 4 calls to them. I was diagnosed with dislocated left shoulder in January this year and I went to the specialist who said I needed an operation. From January right until the end of July I've been in contact with the specialist and discovery and made more than 50 calls to both the specialist and discovery themselves. They have never intervened in my situation to try and find a resolution. I did all the work for discovery on obtaining information they were supposed to get as a service provider only to find out they were terminating my services because they came up with their own stories. They were suppose to refund all my contributions and still hasn't after 10 emails and 10 phone calls. Discovery customer service is absolutely atrocious and I am so thankful I didn't pursue anything further with them. I had 3 dependants as well on discovery and thanks to their nonsense I have put my 3 kids in a compromised position Trust me when I say any medical either than discovery should be a hundred times better. I will never ever refer this pathetic company to anyone and I suggest anyone who is considering medical aid cover there is a list of plenty other options. I took the time to tell you all and I'm sure there are plenty others who don't have the time to do what I am doing.
