Pathetic Discovery Medical Aid

Good day

I'm currently on Discovery medical aid the key care plan and since January i have been looking for a gynaecologist and none i could find using this plan and whenever i tried to contact Discovery the only thing they would tell me is go through the list they have on their app of which none of those gynaecologist are on keycare that's what the doctor will tell you when trying to book an appointment or they will request payment upfront which i don't understand why.

Every month Discovery is deducting from my salary but i get nothing out of that, it's pointless/useless to have this medical aid and at this point in time i really need a gynaecologist.

Discovery doesn't care at all about the keycare plan members all they do is milk money out of us and the doctors under this plan have no good reviews at all and we really suffering from this.

Even now i'm thinking of not paying them at all and just cancel this medical aid but i cannot because it's compulsory to have it my work place which i see it as totally unfair.

I'm so so disappointing and disgusted with this.
