Pathetic discovery health

My story below is discussing and disappoing in discovery health services and feedback. After my review below a lady by the name of Trisha called me , told me that a task team member will call me after revmy complain. To date nobody called me, yet the very next day my mum's oncologist was told that my mum is no longer on medical aid. Then I called discovery and was told by the call center agent that once reviewed by the task team a member will call me. Many days passed I still did not get a call from anyone at discovery, yet on Wednesday 28th I received a email from discovery telling me that I owe them ex amount, but they forgot to give thought to my mum's condition without treatment medical aid or medication, mum mum passed away yesterday 29th June. Thanks for not caring

My mum who is 79yrs old who has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer since March this year. Has had her medical aid terminated, she has little time left like weeks then her need for medical care was taken away Due to a very petty misunderstanding. I was told that my mums medical aid was terminated because of disclosure.my mu worked till over 70yrs of age know fact anyone over 60 will have aches and pains normal, her will not be regular but not a condition.so I was told because off that the medical aid was terminated. Please she has cancer she never had chronic meds for sugar or arthritis , yes she has see a arthritis specialist in Feb of this year,but was told by a physician that he thinks the pains was more through the cancer. She is not on sugar medication at all. So please can my mum have some dignity in her final weeks also myself and my husband are on the same medical aid why was our membership terminated???? My mum was on discovery health till March last year on her own medical aid,all I did in November last year i put her on to my membership.i would like the recording of that call as I am discussed with the way you guys handle a person's life knowing that nobody in their right mind is gonna put their mums health at risk. It's appalling what consideration and care is taken on decisions regarding a members life or health. What if this was your mum . As I write this mail my mum is without pain killers and patches. Sad and frustrated Sad and frustrated
