Pathetic discovery health!!

Wow discovery health .. today I found out that my mum has not been covered on Medical aid since May 2018 because Discovery decided to lapse her plan due to funds not been debited.. all banking details are correct n her email listed incorrectly but no other form of communication was attempted. I am in utter shock at the level of service this leading Med aid is operating at .. disgusting and majorly irresponsible...
