Pathetic discovery Debiting my account twice like im a millionaire

I called Discovery out of courtesy to enquire why my premium did not go off and it was the 4th already. I was given the banking details and I specifically asked the lady I spoke to if it will go off twice she said no it won't. So to my stupidity I went and paid it and it went off now. Im Not even surprised man. This is really crazy to think people have 6500 in one day to spend. So who can tell me where Im getting food money from? My premium is up to date. My payments are never late I ensure they are made. But guess what discovery giving their best service again. Mind you i also know this will be some **** of 20 thousand working days waiting for my money. I want my money back into my account immediately as I know this is possible.

Vitality was billed I didn't ask for it also. So can someone tell me when my money will be reversed.

The proof of payment for the manual payment was sent. This is seriously how you guys treat good customers then I really don't know anymore.

This is ridiculous to think in this economy you can take your debit order at 11 at night on the 4th that's due on the 1st. I just knew not even a simple debit order can be done correctly. Im Really over discovery. Give a better service and I want my money back before this week is done
