Pathetic Discovery.

How absolutely pathetic this company is!! So don't know if they noticed, but there is a Global pandemic going around and millions of people are losing their jobs etc. Lives are destroyed with economic uncer*****y. I ask for 1 month off as we will not be getting paid at All in April, and ask to go on from end of May, as I will be going back to work, and their reply... Yes no problem, though I have to pay double the premium for the month I couldn't pay!!! This even though I am not covered!! I find the way Discovery handles their clients disgusting!!! You have lost me as a client, and I will make sure that anyone I know, knows exactly how pathetic Discovery is. Another note, your client service consultants are just as pathetic!!! Thanks for taking my money, even though I only went to a doctor once!!!
