Pathetic Discovery

I wish there was less than a 1 (one) star for this medical scheme. Try get a feedback on Chronic Medication from them, they will let you down over and over again. I've been promised calls to no avail. Yes Discovery, your calls are recorded so go listen to your *********** staff advise me. I always believed that I had peace of mind but now it is clear to me that all Discovery cares about is your premium each month. Surely chronic medication is urgent and even if there is a backlog then steps should be taken to expedite same. Discovery you are playing with people's lives and I have never had such a painful experience with customer service. You all about money and not about your clients. Thank you for nothing.
