Pathetic Dicovery medical aid

After being admitted into hospital after getting authorisation the medical aid now refuses to pay citing that i should have used a dsp doctor..which by the way thry have never sent me a list of...furthermore insensitively citing that the condition was not life threathening...i trust you will do your research regarding the drs reports that were attached and sent to them.im totally dismayed at this behaviour as its not the first nasty incident iv encountered with this medical aid.honestly i think its high time i forget the loyalty and consider other service providers...snicker it doesnt matter...after a while most members will realize how we paying for shi×ty service...where theres always excuses not to psy regardless of the steep premiums.

Out of interest i have since contacted the call centre today to get a list of dsp drs...and guess what was told by the agent that discovery doesnt keep a list..i need to go onto the Internet..which i have no access to mind you..and acter 20 minutes of being told to hold the call was conveniently cut.i

What happened to putting r patienys lives first instead of worrying about dsp drs whom you cant even provide a list of...
