Pathetic customer service

I have been having so much trouble with these clowns..

My wife was registered on ongology..then they ay..then they don't..then they pay some..then they don't Today is the 14 Jan..we haven't been to the doc ..bit the medical aid saving is finished

I have requested to get a call back...nothing...

So..I want to speak to a consultant before 5pm 15 Jan...or I will cancel my debit..and consider it my cancelation...
