Pathetic customer service

Desperately attempting to change bank details for debit order. Repeatedly phoned in and after 35 minutes holding on the phone and still no agent available. Repeated attempts to download Pdf form fails. Simply no way contacting Discovery. Client services at Discovery is pathetic bordering on non-existent.
