THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC! YOU SEND EMAILS IT TAKES DAYS FOR A REPLY!
YOU PHONE THEM ON YOUR CELL, WAIT FOR 15 MINUTES THEN CALL IS CUT! IT COSTS THE CONSUMER MONEY TO PHONE FROM CELLPHONE!!
