pathetic customer service

hi <br> <br> once again poor service from customer service discovery <br> <br> my query still has not been resolved as well I was promised a call back after an hour yesterday , I am still waiting <br> <br> then I get some **** email about him trying to contact me and yet no missed call or notification of missed call and this is suppose to be customer service for a medical aid and I am trying to register my new born <br> <br> so discovery stance to register a new born for service is pathetic , what kind of company would make it so difficult to register a new born <br> <br> pathetic is an understatement <br> <br>
