Pathetic clueless conflicting medical aid!!!

I went to see a psychiatrist, and the psychiatrist put me on chronic. Discovery have now been giving excuses and different product codes to avoid paying me back through my chronic.<br> I am wasting my time and money on phonecalls to discovery and the psychiatrist, as apparently discovery does not contact the doctor, and I must be middleman, being sent from pillar to post with medical aid jargon etc.<br> In the meanwhile this PATHETIC service has depleted my savings, and I have been on hold now for over 10 minutes.<br> I got told by one person certain codes are marked chronic, now im told the dr app**** for no codes. Im getting conflicting information from different consultants, and in the meanwhile I sit with a depleted savings account.<br> Discovery is an inefficient, clueless medical aid, and I am considering taking this to the ombudsman, as i cannot continue wasting time and money phoning dr and medical aid all the time with no resolution and a deplete savings!
