Pathetic authorization process

So on the 23 Jan I visited my GP at the consultation it was confirmed that im pregnant and due to the fact that my babies are born premature and I had lost a baby in 2014 im considered high risk. Luckily I had a authorization request form with me which the dr completed and faxed immediately to Discovery. On the 24th I received a sms from Discovery stating the ICD 10 code is not on the documents. The GP confirmed that she had resent the document again the 25th Jan. On the 31st I called Discovery and spoke to Mbali she called my GP and confirmed the letter was sent with the icd 10 code on the 25th. Per discovery it takes 2-3 working days for authorization to be confirmed. So today i called again and its now my responsibility to to confirm the ICD 10 codes my appointment with my specialist is Friday the 8th im already scared ****less because im not sure if all is 100% with the baby now I still have to stress about ICD 10 codes. Please Discovery can you handle this I need feedback asap. Just a note the consultant I spoke today says that the ICD 10 codes are on the letter sent in 23 Jan 2019
