Over 10 days and waiting for claim refund that I had to pay because your systems had an error and couldn't process payment directly to Dr!

Now your so-called system reversal is showing the claim amount double and STILL NO REFUND as the amazing all powerful Discovery's system has rejected it again for the same system error!

I WANT MY REFUND NOW OR I AM GOING TO THE OMBUD!!!!!
