Pathetic and useless

Disgusting service No one cares at Discovery as they are the administrators of our medical aid. discover do not care for aged and pensioners of ENGEN Medical benefit fund. Do not send them e-mails! They do not answer! I had to pay R1100.00 for my Oncology tablets from our savings account. this should have been paid from my oncology program. I am still waiting for my savings account to be credited. At Discovery health there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. After two months I am still waiting for authorization for my hearing aids Service does not exit. CEO of Discovery Health will not receive my calls and I cannot contact him via e-mail. why do we pay such high increase and you cannot get service. Their call center is even worse, with very rude inconsiderate operators.
