Pathetic and poor service

Discovery group is pathetic. I can't understand why tax certificates are not available in June. The tax year ends in February of each year. Every year, one has to wait forever to get their tax certificate from Health and investment. Having too many clients to service is an excuse. Your inability to have tax certificate on time as early as June speaks to poor management, systems and service. This company oversells itself but under deliver. All you are is bullies of the industry. Only interested in dominance and self serving interests disguised as customer centric interests. I don't get any value from Discovery. So please can you give us our tax certificates and cut the BS!
