Pathetic and disgusted by DISCOVERY HEALTH

I’ve been with discovery for many years. Due to Covid we could afford cover with them for a few months. I joined back with them May 2022. They obviously have my full history as I’ve been with them for years. I was rushed to the ER and the gynae on call wanted to admit me after finding huge cysts and they needed to be removed. My authorization was pending due to the fact that I stopped with them and than rejoined few months later. They came back and declined it. They than told me that I they will be cancelling my membership however my must rejoin immediately and pay the shortfall on the claims on the membership they wanted to cancel. The gynae sent them all correspondence and even showed them that I didn’t see him for this issue.

For someone who’s always been a loyal client to be treated that way is ********* and disrespectful.
